Le Szapo Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing, receiving, and redeeming Le Szapo Gift Vouchers.
2. A Gift Voucher constitutes a prepaid payment method that entitles the holder to purchase products offered by Le Szapo up to the voucher's nominal value.
3. The Voucher may be redeemed both in the Le Szapo online store and in Le Szapo boutiques located in Warsaw and Kraków.
4. The purchase of a Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Purchase and Delivery of the Voucher

1. Vouchers may be purchased:
   • as an electronic voucher through the Le Szapo online store,
   • as a paper voucher in Le Szapo boutiques in Warsaw and Kraków.
2. When placing an online order, the customer should select the delivery option “Electronic Voucher”.
3. Upon successful payment, the electronic Voucher will be generated automatically and sent to the email address provided during the order process.
4. The electronic Voucher contains an individual code required for redemption.
5. The purchaser may:
   • forward the electronic Voucher to the recipient by email,
   • print the Voucher and present it personally.
6. Vouchers purchased in-store are issued in paper form and completed manually by a Le Szapo employee.
7. Vouchers purchased in-store are subject to the same redemption rules, validity period, and provisions of these Terms and Conditions as electronic Vouchers, unless otherwise stated.

§3. Voucher Redemption

1. The Voucher may be redeemed:
   • online by entering the individual code during checkout,
   • in Le Szapo boutiques in Warsaw and Kraków.
2. The Voucher holder may use its value to purchase any products currently offered by Le Szapo.
3. In Le Szapo boutiques, the recipient may benefit from a professional styling consultation, including assistance in selecting the appropriate style, color, and size of headwear.
4. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.

§4. Voucher Validity

1. The Voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
2. After the expiration date, the Voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.
3. Failure to redeem the Voucher within its validity period does not entitle the holder to a refund.

§5. Settlement Rules

1. If the purchase value exceeds the Voucher value, the customer must pay the difference using available payment methods.
2. If the purchase value is lower than the Voucher value:
   • the remaining balance may be used until the Voucher's expiration date,
   • any unused balance expires after the Voucher validity period and is non-refundable.
3. A Voucher may not be used to purchase another Voucher unless otherwise decided by Le Szapo.
4. Only one Gift Voucher may be used per order or transaction. Combining multiple Vouchers to pay for a single purchase is not permitted.

§6. Loss or Unauthorized Use

1. Le Szapo is not responsible for the loss, deletion, destruction, transfer to third parties, or unauthorized use of a Voucher or its code.
2. Voucher redemption requires presentation of the paper Voucher or the correct electronic Voucher code.
3. Duplicate Vouchers will not be issued.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the purchase or redemption of a Voucher may be submitted by email or in writing to Le Szapo.
2. The complaint should include information enabling identification of the purchase and a description of the issue.
3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

§8. Withdrawal from the Contract

1. Consumers who purchase a Voucher online have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Voucher has been partially or fully redeemed before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Refunds for validly returned and unused Vouchers will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

§9. Final Provisions

1. Le Szapo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for legal, organizational, or technical reasons without affecting rights acquired before the amendments take effect.
2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law and the Le Szapo online store regulations.
3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Le Szapo website.
